A shipment tracking system your whole team can work from

  1. 01

One live list instead of ten carrier portals

Every PRO, container, air waybill and parcel number your team ships or receives sits in one list. Filter by carrier, lane, customer or exception.

  2. 02

An ETA you can plan around

Each shipment gets a predicted arrival with a confidence range, updated as events come in. The dock, the sales team and the customer plan on the same date.

  3. 03

    Alerts before the customer calls

Missed pickups, rolled containers, exceptions and slipping ETAs reach the right person by email, Slack or webhook, while there is still time to act.

  4. 04

A tracking page with your brand

Your customers follow their shipment on a page with your logo and colors, and get notified when it ships, slips and arrives. See the branded tracking page.

How shipment tracking software works, in three steps

1. Add your numbers

Paste tracking numbers, upload a CSV, connect Shopify or send shipments from your ERP or TMS.

2. We detect the carrier and track it

The number format tells us the mode and the carrier. Events from every carrier land in one timeline, with the same milestone names.

3. ETAs and alerts reach your team and customers

Predicted ETAs, delay alerts and status emails go out on their own, to your team and, if you choose, to your customers.

Real time shipment tracking in one screen

The shipment list is where the day starts. Exceptions sit at the top, everything else is sorted by ETA.

Shipment list

Every shipment across carriers and modes, with status, last event and ETA in one row.

Exception filter

One click shows only what needs attention today: delays, holds, missed appointments, rolled bookings.

ETA card

Predicted arrival with a confidence range, and how it moved since the last event.

Map

Where each shipment is now and the lane it is on, from origin to destination.

Logistics visibility software that pays for itself in fewer phone calls

A VP of Operations or a CFO can check the case against their own week.

  • Hours back every week

Coordinators stop copying numbers between carrier portals and spreadsheets. The list updates itself.

  • Fewer customer escalations

You know about a delay before the customer asks, and customers see their own status on your page.

  • Demurrage and detention avoided

Last free day reminders and gate out alerts give the import team time to book the pickup and return the empty.

  • Carrier scorecards for rate talks

On-time performance by carrier and by lane, built from your own shipments, ready for the next rate negotiation.

  • No contract, no implementation project

Every plan has a public price and starts the day you sign up. Cancel any time.

Shipment visibility questions, answered

More answers on the FAQ page.

Which carriers can I track?

Parcel, LTL, FTL, ocean and air carriers. Paste the number and the carrier is detected from its format, or choose it yourself when a PRO number fits more than one carrier.

Do I need an integration to start?

No. Paste numbers or upload a CSV and tracking starts right away. Shopify, ERP, TMS and API connections are there when you want shipments to flow in on their own.

How accurate is the ETA?

Each ETA comes with a confidence range, so you see how sure the prediction is. It updates with every new carrier event and gets tighter as the shipment moves.

What happens when I hit my limit?

Shipments you already track keep updating. New shipments wait until the next billing period or until you move to a higher plan, which you can do at any time.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans run month to month or year to year and you can cancel any time from your account. Yearly billing costs half of monthly.

Can my customers see tracking with my logo?

Yes. From Growth up, every shipment gets a tracking page with your logo and colors, and Enterprise puts it on your own domain.

How is my data handled?

Your shipment data belongs to you, is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is never sold. You can export it any time. Read more on security.

Can I track ocean containers and parcels in the same account?

Yes. Every plan covers all modes. Ocean containers have their own monthly allowance because their tracking runs for weeks.

Can I try it before I pay?

Yes. Paste any number above to see the carrier, the format check and the product interface, or open a sample shipment.
